My journey to a happy and fulfilling life began in 2004 when I first noticed how negativity had saturated my thoughts and emotions. I had forgotten what true joy felt like. Work didn’t mean anything....my relationship
drained me....I was overwhelmed, frustrated, and exhausted....
Now I live a life I
love. I had no idea it was possible to be
this happy and fulfilled. I have made it my life's work to help others to fall in love with their life again, too.
The Power
You already have the inner power I refer to -- every human being does. Although it has gone by many names, it is nearly impossible to define using words. In the classic business success book, Think and Grow Rich, Napolean Hill researched many of the most creative and productive people on the planet during his time. He refers to brilliant artists who had "the habit of relying upon the 'still small voice' which speaks from within." Hill also speaks of a great orator who learned to close his eyes and speak "through ideas which come to me from within," of a genius inventor who would sit in the dark and let his best ideas "flash" into his mind, and of a well-known financier who closed his eyes for a few minutes before making a decision. When asked why he did this, the gentleman replied, "With my eyes closed, I am able to draw upon a source of superior intelligence."
This same power is waiting inside of you. We’re born knowing how to use it, but we forget as we become overwhelmed by the distractions of life. It is your birthright to remember. When we choose to use it, this force brings an unshakable peace and connects us with the wisdom required to handle our life issues with more grace and ease than ever before.
For many, the first experience is startling as they expand into a feeling of warmth and love. Their awe increases when they tap the infinite wisdom within and receive meaningful information that helps them to move more freely in their life.
The Process
If you are like most, we'll begin by freeing you from your most common negative emotion. (I call this "Taking out the Trash!") We do this by increasing your conscious awareness and through a simple guided visualization that taps your inner power to bring instant relief. While I can lead you to your inner power, it is my goal to teach you to do it yourself and, contrary to popular myth, you don’t need to spend an hour sitting in the lotus position. With practice you can access peace, joy, and your deeper wisdom in the blink of an eye from wherever you are.
Once you've learned to tap your inner power, then next step is to put it to use in your life. This process builds naturally upon your unique strengths and purpose. Some of these qualities you already know about and others we will discover together. Any current life issues you may face along the way become a chance to gain awareness and practice your new energy skills. As you learn, you’ll notice your peaceful moments increasing as limiting beliefs and negative emotions begin to subside. These successes become the foundation of lasting change.
Achieving mastery requires discipline, especially at first, but I will give you the support, information and tools you need to accelerate your progress until living this way is almost as natural as breathing. It is also not a straight line to a blissful life. As you achieve success, life will continue to present you with challenges that will test your skills in new situations. This is not always comfortable, but with every determined effort and victory, your confidence that you really can master your inner power will expand.
